Terms of Service

What the service is

The Real Jean Phil is an independent fan site about Jean Phil, the AI-generated character. It is not affiliated with Jean Phil’s creator, TikTok, Instagram or any cryptocurrency.

From one photo you upload, we draw a free AI portrait in the Jean Phil style and put it on a certificate you can download. For $7.90 (USD), paid once through Stripe, we make a short AI video in which your portrait takes his place in one of his clips. There is no subscription.

The portrait and the video are fictional, AI-generated images. They follow your photo closely but not exactly, and two results from the same photo will differ. The certificate is a joke and confers no title, rights or moustache.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to use the photo and that the person in it has agreed, or that the photo is of you or your pet.

Upload photos of adults or pets only, one subject per photo. Do not upload photos of children, nudity or sexual content, public figures without their consent, or photos meant to harass, deceive or impersonate someone.

We may refuse or remove a portrait or an order that breaks these rules, and refund it.

What you get

You may download, post and share your certificate and your video for personal, non-commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your photo or your results.

The clips used as templates belong to the people who posted them. Our videos do not include their music; if you add sound, use the platform’s own music features.

Results are kept for a limited time: photos and portraits for 7 days, videos for 30 days. Download a copy.

If something goes wrong

If a video fails, you can try again for free (3 tries per order) and then ask for a refund. The refund policy has the details.

The service is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the order in question.
