Refund Policy

The portrait

The portrait and certificate are free, so there is nothing to refund. Our apologies are, however, available.

When a video fails

If a video cannot be made, your payment stays on the order as a credit and you can try again for free, up to 3 tries. We email you when a try fails.

If the tries run out or you would rather have your money back, write to support@realjeanphil.com with your order link and we refund $7.90 to the original payment method.

When a video is delivered

A delivered video is a digital product and is not refunded because it differs from what you imagined: likeness and movement vary with AI video, which is why the portrait comes first.

If the video is clearly broken (for example, you are missing from it, or the file does not play), write to support@realjeanphil.com within 7 days and we redo it or refund it.

How long it takes

We answer within two working days. Refunds reach your card in a few days, depending on your bank.
