What we collect
The photo you upload and the portrait we draw from it.
If you buy a video: your email address, the clip you chose, the order status and the payment reference. Stripe handles the card; we never see card numbers.
If you sign in: your email address and a session cookie.
Who processes it
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores photos, portraits and videos (Cloudflare R2).
Evolink passes your photo to OpenAI’s GPT Image to draw the portrait, and your portrait and the chosen clip to ByteDance’s Seedance to make the video.
Neon stores the order records. Stripe takes payments. Resend sends the emails: the order link and the “ready” message.
How long we keep it
Photos and portraits are deleted 7 days after upload. Finished videos are deleted after 30 days.
Order records (email, status, payment reference) are kept as long as accounting and refunds need them.
We do not publish anything you make.
Cookies and analytics
We set a session cookie only if you sign in. There are no advertising or analytics cookies, and the site does not use your browser’s storage for analytics.
We count visits with PostHog (United States). It gives each visitor an anonymous code that PostHog works out from the connection address and browser and changes every day, and it does not keep the address. We record page views (which page, and the referring site and any utm tags from the first page you land on) and these steps: photo added, portrait started, portrait ready, certificate downloaded, clip chosen (which clip), checkout started and paid. The records carry no photos, email addresses or order numbers.
The order record also keeps the page you landed on and the referring site or utm tags from that visit, so we can tell which channels bring customers.
To limit abuse we keep a keyed hash of the connection address with each portrait and order, not the address itself.
Your choices
Write to support@realjeanphil.com to have a portrait, an order, its photo and its video deleted, or to get a copy of what we hold about you.
